Insurance Reimbursement Following Out-of-Pocket Payment Patients are required to pay the medical expenses incurred at a partner hospital upfront and may subsequently apply for reimbursement in accordance with the terms and conditions of their health insurance plans in Guam, Saipan, or the United States. KDM Korea assists patients by reviewing the reimbursement requirements of each insurer, checking and supplementing the necessary documents—including English medical certificates, receipts, and itemized medical bills—and supporting the relevant administrative procedures. Final eligibility and reimbursement amounts are determined by the insurer based on the patient’s coverage and the outcome of the claim review. Noted:
